Cadman Cranes is proud to announce its certification as a Certified B Corporation™ (B Corp™), joining a growing movement of companies that are redefining what it means to do business for the benefit of people and the planet.
Verified by B Lab, the not-for-profit organisation behind the B Corp movement, the certification recognises that Cadman Cranes has met rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
More importantly, it reflects a legally binding commitment to consider the impact of every business decision on our people, communities, customers and the planet, alongside delivering long-term value for shareholders.
What is B Corp?
B Corp Certification is awarded to businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental performance across every aspect of their operations. Unlike certifications that focus on a single issue, B Corp assesses the whole business, including governance, employees, customers, community impact and environmental performance.
The certification process is rigorous, requiring businesses to provide extensive evidence of their performance while legally embedding a commitment to balancing purpose alongside profit.
Today, more than 10,700 businesses across 104 countries have achieved B Corp Certification, with the UK home to the world’s largest and fastest-growing B Corp community.
Leading Sustainable Lifting
At Cadman Cranes, B Corp Certification reinforces our position as a leader in sustainable lifting and our commitment to continually raising the standards of responsible business across our industry.
Over recent years, we’ve taken significant steps to reduce our environmental impact, including becoming the first UK mobile crane hire company to transition its entire fleet to HVO fuel and achieving carbon neutral status for our Scope 1 and 2 emissions in 2025. Alongside this, we’ve continued to strengthen our governance, invest in our people, support our communities and deliver the highest standards for our customers.
B Corp brings these commitments together within a globally recognised framework, providing independent recognition of the way we operate and reinforcing our commitment to continual improvement.

While the B Corp movement continues to grow, certification remains relatively rare across construction, plant hire and heavy industry.
