- Competitive Salary: On offer is a competitive salary on experience of £40,000-£50,000 per annum
- Hours: Full time Mon-Fri

About the role
We are recruiting a Business Development Executive to support three established businesses within the Milbank Group.
This is a desk-based role focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities across:
- Cadman Cranes
- Milbank Concrete Products
- SGI Composites
The role will be based primarily at Cadman Cranes CO4 9QX (3 days per week), with one day per week at each of the other businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in business development within a well-established group, with the potential to develop into a senior role as performance grows.
What You Will Be Doing
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound activity and market intelligence
- Developing relationships and supplier approvals with key projects and clients
- Qualifying incoming enquiries and progressing them into live opportunities
- Building and managing a structured pipeline using CRM systems
- Using tools such as Glenigan to identify construction projects and decision makers
- Working closely with sales and estimating teams across all three businesses
- Supporting marketing campaigns and feeding back on lead quality
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities across the group
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in sales, business development or lead generation
- Confident communicator, particularly over phone and Teams
- Organised and process-driven, with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated and commercially aware
- Comfortable working across multiple businesses and sectors
- Experience in construction, engineering or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential
